Ingredients

  • Beef Broth
  • Frozen Meatballs
  • Chopped Green Onions
  • Fresh Spinach, Chopped
  • Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • The best part of this recipe is that you can make as much or as little as you want! No conforming quantities to worry about!
  • Place frozen meatballs and green onions in a kettle. Pour beef broth in, adding enough so all the meatballs are covered. Bring to a boil. Let boil until all meatballs are heated through.
  • Chop up spinach and add to the pot. Let the soup simmer until the spinach has just begun to wilt. Then take off heat and soup is ready!
  • Ladle into bowls and top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
