Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons capers or dill gherkins, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Coarse salt (optional)
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the parsley, olive oil, capers or dill gherkins, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic.
- Stir the mixture until well blended; season with salt, if desired.
