Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1-500 ml Salsa
- (salt/pepper optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place chicken pieces in baking dish
- Salt/pepper if desired
- Pour salsa over chicken
- Bake about 30 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced, turning chicken pieces once.
- Can be served with anything - veggies, potatoes, salad, pasta....
