Ingredients
- 4 c. tomatoes, peeled, cored, chopped (2 1/2 lbs)
- 2 c. green peppers, seeded, chopped (1 lb.)
- 1 c. hot peppers, seeded, chopped (1/2 lb.)
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
- Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Pour hot into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
- Adjust lids. Process 30 minutes in boiling water canner.
- Makes about 6 half pints.
