Ingredients
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans salmon
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape into patties.
- Dip into additional beaten egg, mixed with 1 tablespoon of water and extra bread crumbs.
- Fry in butter.
