Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flaked salmon
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- dash red pepper
Method
- Drain salmon well.
- In small sauce pan, melt margarine, stir in flour.
- Beat in milk a little at a time, stirring constantly and cook until thickened.
- Add salmon, bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper.
- Form into patties.
- Saute in melted butter until heated through.
- Serve plain or on buns.
