Ingredients
- 16 oz. (2 c.) canned salmon
- 4 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/3 sleeve crushed crackers
- 1 or 2 eggs
Method
- Drain juice off salmon; save some to mix with mixture if it's too dry.
- Make into patties; fry in a nonstick pan.
- Makes 6 patties.
