Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 c. cold mashed potato
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix together.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Fry over medium heat, turning once until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
- Can substitute cooked chicken, if desired.
- Use same amount of chicken as salmon.
