Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can salmon
- 1 (No 2.) can peas (2 c.)
- 1 c. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Drain salmon, remove bone and skin, flake.
- Combine salmon, peas and macaroni.
- Toss lightly.
- Serve on lettuce with sliced hard-cooked eggs.
