Ingredients
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk with 1/2 c. liquid from salmon
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of salt
- 1 can salmon, flaked
- 1 small onion, cut fine
Method
- Place in loaf pan, dot with butter and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until it puffs up.
