Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Method
- Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in mixing bowl and stir. Add oil and water.
- Mix together.
- Knead by hand for 3 minutes. Shape and put in bowl.
- Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Punch down; divide into 2 equal pieces.
- Shape into round balls or leave in 1 piece for 16-inch pizza.
- Let dough rest for 4 minutes.
- Roll out.
