Ingredients
- 15 1/2 oz. can red salmon
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 c. milk
- creamed peas (optional)
Method
- Bake in loaf pan at 350°, about 50 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
