Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Take bone out of salmon.
- Mix mayonnaise, soup and egg.
- Add bread crumbs, onion, pepper and lemon juice.
- Stir.
- Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour.
