Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 1 1/2-inch thick
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Score edges of steak (one-inch intervals).
- Heat grill. Combine butter, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and mustard in small saucepan.
- Stir constantly over low heat until butter melts.
- Reserve 1/4 mixture.
- Place steak on grill; brush with butter mixture.
- Grill over medium heat for 6 minutes each side (medium or medium-rare; cook longer for a more done steak).
- Use remaining butter mixture to drizzle over finished steak just before serving.
