Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 1 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Method

  • Score edges of steak (one-inch intervals).
  • Heat grill. Combine butter, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and mustard in small saucepan.
  • Stir constantly over low heat until butter melts.
  • Reserve 1/4 mixture.
  • Place steak on grill; brush with butter mixture.
  • Grill over medium heat for 6 minutes each side (medium or medium-rare; cook longer for a more done steak).
  • Use remaining butter mixture to drizzle over finished steak just before serving.
