Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown
- meat
- in
- oil, add onions and celery; cook until soft. Add
- other ingredients.
- Pour into an 8 x 11-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Spread 1 large pan Chinese noodles over top and bake for 15 minutes uncovered.
