Ingredients
- 1 lb. can drained salmon, flaked
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Combine all ingredients; pack lightly into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
- I like to bake mine in muffin pans.
- Bake until light brown.
