Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts (6 halves)
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream or 2 small cartons
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. almonds
Method
- Cook chicken in salted water.
- Cut into bite size and arrange in buttered casserole dish.
- Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
- Crush crackers and mix with almonds.
- Sprinkle over chicken; pour melted margarine evenly over crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Good served over rice or noodles.
- Real rich tasting.
