Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breasts (6 halves)
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream or 2 small cartons
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds

Method

  • Cook chicken in salted water.
  • Cut into bite size and arrange in buttered casserole dish.
  • Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
  • Crush crackers and mix with almonds.
  • Sprinkle over chicken; pour melted margarine evenly over crackers.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Good served over rice or noodles.
  • Real rich tasting.
