Ingredients
- 1 lb. can red salmon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. parsley
Method
- Clean salmon and mash into a fine mixture.
- Soften cream cheese.
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Sprinkle crushed pecans and parsley on top or form into ball and roll in parsley and pecans.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
