Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked chicken breasts, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 None stalk celery, trimmed and finely chopped
- 3 None green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 None mini bread rolls
Method
- Combine chicken, tarragon, almonds, celery, onion and mayonnaise in medium bowl.
- Make a cut in tops of bread rolls. Spoon chicken mixture into bread rolls.
