Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. low-fat milk
- 1 c. cream-style corn
Method
- Drain and flake salmon. Reserve liquid.
- Saute celery, onion and garlic until translucent. Add potatoes, carrots, broth and seasoning.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
