Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers (only peel if they are not organic)
- 4 -5 stalks kale
- 4 -5 romaine leaves
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 -2 big broccoli stem
- 1 -2 pear (I use 2 small pears)
- 1 inch piece ginger (fresh ginger. sometimes I use a bit less.)
Method
- Juice all of the ingredients and enjoy the health benefits!
