Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon snipped fresh dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can salmon, liquid removed, skin and bone removed
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach, thawed and liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. Quaker oats
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. onion, chopped

Method

  • Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
  • Chill.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Shape mix into 6 oval patties.
  • Place on rack of broiler pan about 4 inches from heat.
  • Broil about 3 min on each side or possibly till golden and heated through.
  • Serve with sauce.
  • Note: Two 6 1/2 or possibly 7 ounce.
  • cans of chunk tuna may be substituted.
