Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
Method
- Prepare mix according to package directions.
- Mix beef with evaporated milk and divide into 5 patties.
- Flatten each to form a 6-inch circle.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of dressing in the center of each patty.
- Draw edges over stuffing and seal.
- Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and combine soup and sauce and ketchup.
- Heat until bubbly and pour over stuffed patties.
- Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes in moderate (350°) oven.
- Can also used a can of cream of celery soup.
