Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup

Method

  • Prepare mix according to package directions.
  • Mix beef with evaporated milk and divide into 5 patties.
  • Flatten each to form a 6-inch circle.
  • Spoon 1/4 cup of dressing in the center of each patty.
  • Draw edges over stuffing and seal.
  • Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and combine soup and sauce and ketchup.
  • Heat until bubbly and pour over stuffed patties.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes in moderate (350°) oven.
  • Can also used a can of cream of celery soup.
