Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts or 10 thighs, skinned
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 6 green onions
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
- 1 can chicken soup
Method
- Place chicken in a 9 x 15-inch baking dish.
- Spread onion over it and sprinkle grated cheese on it.
- Mix the sherry wine, cream of celery and chicken soups together and pour over all.
- Bake 2 hours in a 325° oven.
