Ingredients
- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Method
- Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.
- Add lemon juice and other seasonings, mix well.
- Stir in salmon and mix well. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
- Shape into ball.
- Can be used immediately or wrap and keep in the freezer for later.
