Ingredients

  • 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Method

  • Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.
  • Add lemon juice and other seasonings, mix well.
  • Stir in salmon and mix well. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
  • Shape into ball.
  • Can be used immediately or wrap and keep in the freezer for later.
