Ingredients

  • 3 lb. red potatoes (about 9), peeled, chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 4 cups chopped broccoli
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 6 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped

Method

  • Cook potatoes, water and evaporated milk in Dutch oven 10 min.
  • or until potatoes are tender.
  • Add 2% milk, broccoli and onions; cook on medium heat 5 min.
  • or until broccoli is tender, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in VELVEETA and ham; cook on low heat 5 min.
  • or until VELVEETA is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring constantly.
