Ingredients
- 14-15 oz. can flaked salmon (bones and skin removed)
- 3-5 green onions, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely minced
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Method
- Mix salmon, cream cheese and green onions in mixing bowl.
- Add lemon juice and garlic powder to taste.
- Mix well.
- Chill several hours before serving, or make day before.
- Before serving, form into ball and roll in minced parsley.
- Chill until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
