Ingredients

  • 14-15 oz. can flaked salmon (bones and skin removed)
  • 3-5 green onions, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Method

  • Mix salmon, cream cheese and green onions in mixing bowl.
  • Add lemon juice and garlic powder to taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Chill several hours before serving, or make day before.
  • Before serving, form into ball and roll in minced parsley.
  • Chill until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
