Ingredients
- 2 cans salmon, deboned
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except green onion tops.
- Refrigerate about 4 hours.
- Roll in green tops of onions.
- Serve with crackers.
