Ingredients
- 1 cup pasta, elbow macaroni
- 1 can salmon flaked
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumbers shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots shredded
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed dried
- 4 medium tomatoes
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain; set aside.
- Combine salmon, yogurt, cucumber, carrot, mayonnaise or salad dressing, dill- weed, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Toss with pasta.
