Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pound cake mix
- 1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 1 can apricot halves, drained
Method
- Bake pound cake according to directions on box.
- Cool and slice.
- Place a small amount of Cool Whip on each slice of cake. Place one apricot half, round side up, in the middle of the Cool Whip dab, and there you have egg on toast.
