Ingredients
- 6 c. cooked, diced potatoes
- 3 1/2 c. cooked, drained sauerkraut
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine potatoes, sauerkraut and eggs.
- Toss lightly and chill.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly but thoroughly. Serve chilled.
- Serves 6 to 8.
