Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 3/4 lb. beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Remove crust from bread and soak in milk.
- Ring milk from bread.
- Mix with meat thoroughly.
- Add seasonings and mix.
- Make 1-inch meat patties.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Heat 5 minutes on each side.
- Add bacon and bread crumbs and bake for 2 more minutes.
