Ingredients
- 13 c. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- kosher salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 lb. roast beef
- 2 c. baby arugula
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- Spread the sour cream mixture on the bottom of the rolls, then form sandwiches with the roast beef and arugula.
