- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. pimento
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 2 single pkg. crackers
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Cook ground beef and onions; drain off fat.
- Cook noodles as directed on package.
- Next, drain water off noodles; add to meat and add mushroom and celery soups, then drained corn and pimento. Mix well and pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Top with Cheddar cheese. To this, crumble up crackers on top of cheese and top with melted butter and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- This casserole should feed at least 8 people.
- Very good to take to family dinner.
