Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- about 1/2 lb. melted butter
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Beat the eggs, sugar and cream cheese until creamy, about 15 minutes with mixer.
- Make crust of cracker crumbs and enough melted butter to make them stick together.
- Pour creamy mixture into shell and bake 20 minutes at 375°.
- Cool.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- When cake is cool, pour mixture over cake.
- Bake 5 minutes in 450° oven.
- Cake is better if chilled overnight.
