Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and 1/3 can mushroom soup together.
- Shape into patties and place in skillet.
- Fry on medium heat until well done.
- Drain off grease and top with remaining mushroom soup, milk and salt and pepper to taste.
- Let simmer 10 minutes and serve.
- Yields 6 servings.
