Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 4 slices white bread, soaked in milk
- 1/2 lb. soft butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 lb. butter for frying
Method
- Grind the chicken through a meat grinder or chop very fine. Combine with softened bread (squeezed dry), butter, salt and pepper and beat until smooth.
- Shape into oval patties and roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry 5 minutes on each side.
