Ingredients
- 1 bottle Kraft Russian dressing
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot marmalade
- 2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken
Method
- Cook chicken in a skillet. Add Russian dressing, apricot marmalade and onion soup mix.
- Simmer on low to marinate.
- Serve over white rice.
