Ingredients
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cheese
- 1 lb. cooked asparagus
Method
- Place 1/2 crumbs in greased baking dish; alternate layers of asparagus, egg and cheese sauce and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
