Ingredients
- 2/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. each: salt, mustard seed and celery seed
- 2 c. cucumbers, chopped
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini, cooked, drained and cooled
Method
- Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and spices in a saucepan.
- Boil 5 minutes; cool.
