Ingredients
- 1 lrg Head Boston lettuce, rinsed, liquid removed, chilled
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt Fresh grnd pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates.
- Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Toast sesame seeds in 350 oven in flat pan for 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Immediately before serving, drizzle dressing over lettuce; top with sesame seeds.
- Yield 4 servings.
