Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Head Boston lettuce, rinsed, liquid removed, chilled
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Fresh grnd pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  • Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates.
  • Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • Toast sesame seeds in 350 oven in flat pan for 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown.
  • Immediately before serving, drizzle dressing over lettuce; top with sesame seeds.
  • Yield 4 servings.
