Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- tsp. vanilla
Method
- Stir and mix until sooth.
- Heat rosette iron in deep fat at 375°.
- Dip iron into batter and then into hot fat for 1 minute or until rosette is golden brown.
- Lift out.
- Tip to drain on absorbent paper.
- May be dipped into powdered or granulated sugar.
