Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. white Karo syrup
- 3 c. raw shelled peanuts
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Boil sugar, Karo, peanuts and milk together to soft ball stage.
- The peanuts will crackle and pop.
- Add remaining ingredients, cool and beat until it will hold it's shape.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a buttered pan to harden.
