Ingredients
- 3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can asparagus, drained
- 1 can mushroom soup (concentrated)
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- poppy seed
Method
- Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Spread sour cream on top.
- Place asparagus on top of sour cream.
- Add mushrooms and then spread mushroom soup on top.
- Combine butter and Ritz crackers.
- Sprinkle over casserole and top with poppy seed.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
