Ingredients
- 2 large cans beef chow mein dinner
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 small can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- 3 stalks, sliced, cooked celery
- 1 c. cooked cauliflower
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Warm up 2 cans of beef chow mein with one can of supplied vegies.
- Let simmer 7 minutes.
- Add the rest of ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
