Ingredients
- 2 lb. minute steak
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- prepared mustard
- flour
Method
- Cover both sides of minute steak with prepared mustard, then flour both sides.
- Brown steak in oil on both sides.
- Spread sliced onion over top of meat.
- Mix soup and 1 cup water to make gravy.
- Pour over browned meat and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
- Season as desired.
