- 1 box SuperMoist chocolate fudge cake mix
- 2/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. chilled whipped cream
- 2/3 c. mini marshmallows (different colors)
- 2/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate Glaze
Method
- Preheat oven
- to
- 350°.
- Grease and dust 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie pan.
- Reserve 1 2/3 cup cake mix.
- Beat remaining mix with water, oil
- and
- eggs
- in medium bowl at low speed, scraping constantly 30 seconds.
- Beat on medium 2 minutes.
- Spread in pie pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool completely.
