Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 6 chicken breast halves, boiled and deboned
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • bread crumbs or potato chips

Method

  • Place cooked, drained broccoli in a shallow, greased baking dish.
  • Lay chicken on top of broccoli.
  • Combine next 4 ingredients.
  • Pour over chicken breasts.
  • Cover with cheese, then top with bread crumbs or potato chips.
  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
