Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. each: brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. crushed dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary leaves
- 4 drops hot red pepper sauce
- salt to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into 1-quart ovenproof casserole. Cover.
