Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 c. pecan pieces
- 12 oz. sq. chocolate flavored candy coating
Method
- Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
- Spread pecans evenly in pan.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Stir every 10 minutes.
- Place candy coating in top of double boiler.
- Cook over low heat until coating melts.
- Cool 2 minutes; add pecans.
- Stir to coat.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
- Cool.
- Yields 4 dozen.
